Chris Bourdon

Chief Executive Officer, Chairman

Mr. Bourdon has a track record of successfully developing and commercializing technologies and leading companies at the highest executive level. Most recently as CEO of Upthere, a personal storage company, Mr. Bourdon led a team of highly talented engineers in building a new way for consumers to keep and access their digital things before negotiating the sale of the company to Western Digital, the world’s largest computer storage provider. 

Previously, during his 15-year tenure at Apple, Mr. Bourdon managed a team of product marketing managers, shipping nine releases of macOS and growing the user base from zero to 64 million. Mr. Bourdon is also active in the startup community advising a number of early-stage companies and serving as a selection committee member and mentor at the Alchemist Accelerator.

Arthur H. Kwan


Since 2018, Mr. Kwan has been the president and chief executive officer of CannaIncome Fund, a private investment firm focused on the cannabis sector. Since 2016, he has been a managing partner with Aston Capital Advisors, a capital, financial and strategic advisory and merchant banking firm. From 2015 through 2016, Mr. Kwan was an executive vice president with Grizzly Resources. From 2010 through 2014 he was Managing Director of Investment Banking at PI Financial Corp. Mr. Kwan began his investment career in 1997 with TD Asset Management and went on to hold increasingly senior investment banking positions with Scotia Capital, PI Financial, and Paradigm Capital, where he was Managing Director, Investment Banking. He has led the origination, negotiation, and execution of many investment banking transactions including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, initial public offerings, short-form prospectus offerings, private placements of equity, debt, and hybrid securities, restructurings, refinancing’s, and reorganizations. Over his career, he has successfully originated, advised, negotiated, and executed on transactions with an aggregate value exceeding $1 billion.

Robert Szwajkos


Mr. Szwajkos is a partner with Curtin & Heefner LLP, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, in private practice, with an emphasis in commercial law, including creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, business transactions, real estate, and commercial litigation. He has represented major international companies before judicial tribunals throughout the United States, Australia, Canada, England, India, and Italy. He served as the Court Administrator of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania at the time of the adoption of the new Bankruptcy Code and  has served on the Local Rules Committee for more than 40 years. Mr. Szwajkos has the highest Martindale Hubble Attorney Rating in ethics and competency only attained by 1% of all attorneys nationally.
